Formalities Edit
Full, separately edited videos of key moments such as the ceremony and speeches. These are delivered in full and kept outside of the highlight film to maintain its pacing and energy.
This package is ideal for clients who want a high-energy highlight film while still having complete recordings of important moments from the event.

Capture even more memories from your event with Memory-Gram, a guest media collection experience that lets attendees upload their photos and videos via an easy QR code. All of these collected clips are organized into a private online gallery you can download and enjoy after the event.

FAQ
What is the difference between Premier & Premier plus packages?
The Premier package includes a 5–8 minute story-driven wedding film.
The Premier Plus package includes the same highlight film, plus full recordings of your ceremony and speeches delivered as a separate edit. These additional videos are not edited into the highlight film to keep the pace of the highlight video uninterrupted.
Do you travel?
Yes. I’m based in New Jersey and love to travel. I’ve filmed weddings and events across the country and internationally — you choose the destination, and I’ll be there. Travel outside the local area may be subject to additional fees depending on distance and accommodations, and any travel costs are always discussed upfront.
How do we book and secure our date?
We will temporarily hold your date for 1 week. Your date is officially secured once a signed contract and deposit are received. Availability is limited, so booking early is recommended.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CONTENT?
For Video: All final deliverables are provided digitally using a secure pCloud link. Clients are encouraged to check spam or junk folders if the delivery email is not received.
For Photo: All final deliverables are provided digitally using a secure gallery via Pixieset. Clients are encouraged to check spam or junk folders if the delivery email is not received.
How long does it take to receive our content?
Content is delivered within up to 90 days from your wedding date. This allows time for careful editing and attention to detail, ensuring everything is delivered at the quality you expect.
Will you work with our other vendors?
In addition to Espo Productions, our sister company TRIADE offers bundled photo, video, and DJ packages. For more information, please reach out to mark@espoproductions.net with TRIADE in the subject line.

Can we share your work online?
Yes! Your content is yours to share. You’re welcome to enjoy it across social media and with friends and family. We would love if you tag us, as our business primarily runs on word of mouth!
Do you keep our content backed up?
Yes. All content is securely backed up for one year after delivery. After that time, long-term storage is not guaranteed, so clients are encouraged to download and save their files.
